its great that i can come on here and let off some steam and not be judged. ive had a rough time lately as had to leave my home town and move 80 miles away from my family and friends so i have no support at all around me.

You're welcome, just rant away we're used to it. Leaving your home town will have an impact, Moving is one of the top for stress. But use it to your advantage, keep in touch with the nice people, and the baddies! well now what did you do with those email or phone numbers Oops looks like you have lost them

Also you can start a fresh, and build up a new group of people in your new environment. But if all else fails we are here, and you're already sounding more positive, so keep it up and soon you will be helping others in return.
