Thanks for your reply, this is the second time I've been on it, the first time was about 6 months, then I was took off it, only just started my second course, I've tried t gel shampoo, it it just does nothing to my scalp, it just don't give me relive at all  

I found that T-Gel gave me very short relief, as in right afterwards but then it was back to itching like crazy. The topical for scalps from the derm offered the greatest relief for me, but even then it was only for a couple of hours. I hope the Acitretin helps you soon, I know that scalp itching and scaling is no fun. But if not, get your doc to try something that does work.
