Hi BBee I am on Stelara and it's the only thing that has worked for me over the years and I have had many different treatments in all the years I have had P and PsA. As Fred say's there are a few side effects but they soon go and I have 99.9% clearance , in all the treatments I have had the best I have had was about 80% on MTX which for me built up into really bad side effects though what works for one does not work the same for someone else.
Welcome to the forum, they are all great on here but a bit barmy which helps a lot.
