You better change your diet and get more excersize (stupid word, can't get it right)

You're not alone and my native language is English.  

But whatever it's not worth doing to much of this.    

You don't need to take stains or change your diet to get cholesterol down, my body done it by itself and they couldn't argue with the blood results. So it's all myth in my opinion, as no one can explain how mine went down without statins or a change in diet or lifestyle.
