Welcome fingers to what is a really great site, if you can't find an answer to your question about P on here there is not one, everyone has P and/or PsA as well and they can speak from experience not theory. Enjoy yourself as the inmates for the majority only are barmy for some of the time apart from several who I will not mention who are barmy all the time and not sensible like what I am.
I was on MTX for 9 years in total and had to give up after increasing side effects but when you mentioned Cyclosporine it brought back nightmares as for me it was horrendous which just shows that everyone is different. I am on Stelara now and for me it has been fantastic with no side effects to speak of and 99% clearance which when I was on MTX 80% was the best I got.
