Thanks for your frank description of your problem I have answered your other post and most members seem to be offline at the moment
Trimovate is a steroid cream and I would be very careful using it on your genitals. Yes steroid creams will thin your skin, the skin on your penis and scrotum is delicate and should be treated carefully
My best advice is talk to your doctor and get referred to a dermatologist to try to get a treatment that is for psoriasis, most hospitals have dermatology departments and you can't shock them they have seen it all before
Do you have psoriasis anywhere else!
