I would be very careful using Trimovate cream in the groin area.
Thankfully, i've never had a problem with P on my love spuds & best friend.
I have had P close by & have had P related problems in the groin. For that, my GP prescribed Timodine.
Timodine is good and is used for many thinks but for me, my skin was red raw and inflamed because of my P but it has to be kept in the fridge and when applying, it's rather chilly !!!
As from Fred says, wear cotton clothing.
If you can, wear cotton jogging bottoms that are lose fitting around the house.
