My knuckles used to bleed many years ago and I found like the others said moisturise.
You need to use loads and loads of moisturiser and just keep on using it 3 -4 times a day or more if you can.
Things you could try to keep your hands well moisturised:
Coconut Oil.
50/50 mix Olive & Peanut Oil.
Cold Cream preferably without perfume.
Vaseline.
