I have just sent you an email about having to change your username.
As for the Bio (injections) they are better than methotrexate in my opinion. Yes all treatments will have side effects, but I would suggest if your wife is being offered a Bio such as Humira she gives it a try. You can read more about the Bio's here: Biological Treatments For Psoriasis
As for the "Wonder Creams" I wouldn't waste your money on them as they are usually just a very cheap product made very expensive and won't give any long lasting results. A good quality coconut oil will do the same job. Also be careful of reviews, you get genuine ones here though.
You could have a look through Natural Treatments For Psoriasis there may be something there she would like to try, you won't find any scams there as we are very proactive against any scams. But your wife is better suited being treated by a dermatologist.
And No we don't mind you being a member for someone else, we have others here that do the same. And you probably suffer as much as us albeit in a different way by putting up with us. So you are welcome.

Active ingredients: starch BP 5% w/w, Sublimed Sulphur BPC 7% w/w, Zinc Oxide BP 7% w/w, Liquid Extract Poke Root (1:1 37% alcohol) 0.5% w/w, soft extract Clivers 100=3 3% w/w. Also contains anhydrous woolfat, hydrous woolfat, liquefied phenol and yellow soft paraffin.
Don't wast your money it won't work for long and will cost a lot.
