Why wife is from the Philippines. She has undergone the process are speaking of. You will not get discrimination because of your skin condition. That's not what they are looking for. Make sure your not pregnant during the process. The only harassment about "looks" my wife got was from locals. They continuously sang the big boobs song and told her to "watch her diet."

If psoriasis is the worst of your medical conditions, believe your good to go. There is no blood work that specifically diagnoses the condition. Depending on how bad your psoriasis condition is, you can cover it up. This site if full of useful tools about the disease; I have spent hours reading.

If you will make it to the states, you will be required to get insurance. Because of your condition, you will need to aquire insurance through your fiancee's employeer.

BTW, the burden question is asked of everyone. Since, you have p (if they find out and the official knows the cost of medication), the question might be spun that way. All questions are behavioral in nature; they care more about your actions than your answer.

No she doesn't have psoriasis. In the UK they are more concerned about TB and immigration require a chest x-ray, especially if you come from Africa (my other sister in law is from South Africa).
I don't think you need to get too stressed about your skin, follow the sound advice of Mataribot

Chen I agree with Lady B talk more with Mataribot he seems a nice guy and willing to offer advice. And we are all behind you here and look forward to your post when you tell us it all went well, which I'm sure it will.

Other countries have more to worry about than someone arriving with psoriasis. Smile
