Four weeks on Methotrexate 10mg no real side affects at all this week my body must be getting use to it.
I havent noticed any benefits of MTX yet but Its early days yet and I double my dose this week so we should notice some relief soon.

Six weeks into my methotrexate treatment (on 20 mg once a week) hardly any side effects now just slight head ace. The psoriasis has started to fade a little and some of the pain has eased and bloods are all good.
We are coming into summer 'down under' and as we know it always gets a bit better in summer anyway.
So far I'm happy with my treatment after being so anxious about it and putting it off for so long.

Great news Pek I'm so glad you are seeing a difference. Let's hope the good news continues. Just be a bit careful in your summer with the methotrexate I think you are supposed to avoid to much sunlight..
But enjoy the success you are having and thanks for the update

Take my advice; I don't use it anyway.

Pek, I am happy to hear that it seems to start working for you.
But on word of advice, be careful, and surely keep a good eye on your blood values.

Caroline
