Hope to communicate w/the members and share the experiences.
I have severe problem w/my palms . Fingers are bleeding, and no creams help.
Anybody else w/the same problem , any suggestions?

Hello Velcor sorry I cant help much either though plenty of moisteriser at least 3 times a day may help.

Sorry to hear of your problems, I never got cracked fingers only split fingernails. You could try Bio oil although it will not fix the problem it should make your skin more flexible and less likely to crack. Its probably not much help but worth a try

Hello Velcor to Psoriasis Club.

My knuckles used to bleed many years ago and I found like the others said moisturise.

You need to use loads and loads of moisturiser and just keep on using it 3 -4 times a day or more if you can.

Things you could try to keep your hands well moisturised:

Coconut Oil.

50/50 mix Olive & Peanut Oil.

Cold Cream preferably without perfume.

Vaseline.

I don't have any experience with hands but lashings of moisturiser looks like the way forward. If you find one that works for you pop back here and share how you got on

P.S. I wouldn't try Mild Green Fairy Liquid despite their claims... 'hands that do dishes feel as soft as your face'
