Hi Andrea I think we may have chatted before but a big Welcome to the club
Fred is on Stelara but logged off a short while ago but you will find some good advice on Stelara on here Biological Treatments For Psoriasis
We are a group of people all with psoriasis trying to give and receive support and sharing experiences
I hope you enjoy your time here
Stelara is a very good and well proven drug and you should get the fast results you are after.
Have a look around the site and if you are feeling low venture into off topic where there are some interesting threads.
Come back often Thumb

Biologics typically take 4 to 6 months to completely work. For me it was approximately 7 months to see any improvement. 1.5 years later I'm completely clear except for my inverse and random flares.

Stelara is a great drug. If you have access to it, give it a try.

Hello Andrea Welcome to Psoriasis Club.

Don't think about going onto Stelara, Do It. Thumb

I'm a huge fan of Stelara as it gave me back my life, I've been on it just over 4 years now. You can read about my escapades on using it in these two threads:
Stelara 16 Months On.
Stelara round two

If you also put Stelara in the Search Facility available to members only you will find a few pages of results. Using The Search Facility

Do yourself a big favour, get Stelara and get yourself sorted. It has had very good results, it may not help everyone, but it's worth a try and you can always stop and go onto something else should it not be for you.

Regards.

Fred.

You're welcome, and please don't hesitate to start your own thread in Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis once you have made your choice as it could help others.
