Sorry Kat but I disagree, by saying you Hate something psoriasis or whatever is putting a negative thought in your mind. And having a negative thought is not good for ones wellbeing in my opinion.

But like I said that's just me, and it's good that we can all have a different approach and have these conversations as it must help others.

I kind of expected you to disagree and I do agree that it is good we all share our views even when they differ.

Can I join in and have my two penny worth .
I have to agree with you Kat
I have always hated my psoriasis it moulded my formative years in a way I hated.
Yes I have come to terms with it and the fact that I am reliant on drugs to make me look almost human.
I'm positive on my outlook most of the time and I don't think me hating having a disease like psoriasis has made me a less positive person

Although I understand what you are saying Fred, I think hating the disease can give you a positivity to fight it, yes it would be easy to accept it but that's hardly going to encourage a fight to rid yourself of it

About 11 weeks now on Acitretin and still seeing progress/good results with little to no side effects. My legs are almost completely clear now and they were the last place that hadn't shown much improvement. I was able to wear a backless dress while performing last weekend without any self consciousness. My skin was clear. Life is good. Dating has resumed. It's no longer evident that I have psoriasis.

Now go on and say something to burst my bubble Fred.

Big Grin

Wow Kelly you're certainly in a better place than you was when you first joined us here, and you've been through enough lately. So nope I have nothing to say to burst your bubble, it's so nice to read positive results from another member.

All I'll say is good luck, keep it up, and thank you for updating.

Oh hang on, I've just thought.
