Well that in conjunction with the acetretin should work , I'm hopeful for you, and as it's showing signs of improvements means it will probably get you clear.

Yes, the skin definitely tightens and sometimes I worry as it gets too dry, but they told me I can moisturize in the evenings on treatment days and any time on the other days so hopefully that will help with it feeling too dry. Today was better, a bit of tightening and dryness, but moisturized this eve and definitely feels better. I was restless at night when I didn't moisturize at all on treatment days.
