Hi. Welcome. I find it interesting that you have found the foods that you need to avoid. I am in the process.if finding out but need to be more diligent about it.

We share experiences on here in a safe environment created by Fred. I look forward to hearing of your experience of psoriasis, having read your bio
Is it a good experience to be owned by Storm? Rolleyes it's a great expression.

Hello Poppi,

What type of psoriasis do u have? How long? Can u share UR fav treatment?

I have had Plaque since a small child, then palmoplantar on hands and feet, and a couple other types.

Been striving to stay in remission with some pretty good luck with steroid creams used lightly moisturizers and occlusion. I found most OTC products with coal tar or pine tar work really well. Sunshine vit -D & all that Jazz!

Hope u r well and not suffering a flair.

Thankyou everyone for the warm welcome.

Yes it is very much fun being owned by a malinois lol they are always ready for the off lol keep you on your toes.

I have plaque psoriasis. I do not have any treatment but do use moisturiser. I feel lucky that it is now just confined to a few areas, live my life and enjoy instead of letting it control my life and the clothes I wear which I did when I was younger, it can be quite a confidence killer. This club is great and has lots of information.

Thankyou again for warm welcome.
