I think a wise precaution Tanlou it can do no harm and may save problems later..... I myself have the flue jabs and get no flu effects from it . I've never had pneumonia jab but if I was offered I would not refuse

Thanks for your updates
I look forward to following your journey

Well done Tanlou I do believe that was your first one on your own wasn't it...... I hope they start working for you soon.....

I had my flu jab today the only side effect so far is it's a bit tender when I knock it.
Good luck

Sounding good, like I said before it can make you a bit apprehensive about injecting yourself. But as you've now found out it easy and painless, thank you for updating it's very helpful to others.

Enjoy the quiet life of a new puppy around the house. Doh

am very very happy to report that I am nearly clear of my scaly skin - have a few bits - but nowhere near as many as I used to have - this Humira is certainly doing the world of wonders for me - still have red patches all over but my skin is way much better - YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE - nurse is coming Thursday to make sure im self injecting correctly - but - OMG - I am so happy I have been allowed this medicine - feeling positive for the first time in 7 years!!!!!!!!!
