I am getting cramps, some flushes I think this is it as I recognize them similar to what was written here.

I am on 90mg / 30mg / 30mg now daily.
No other symptoms, I am rather same with my skin, actually I have a feeling that I am a little worse. I think I started with the right moment with Psorinovo to prevent the worsening!

Hi Joanna,

The flushes are no big deal, they are bit of funny. It is as Jim describes, starts at the top of your head, your whole head then becomes terribly red and than slowly it is going down over your shoulders and down to your whole body which then turns red. In the mean time your head is cooling down already, as this became very warm.
You turn more red than when you blush.. :-) (but at least it is explainable hihi)
It is totally harmless, and happens mostly during the build up of the medication. When you reach the dose that really works for you, keep on going, than you will get it less and less. I heard that the flushes even have an advantage for people with Meunières, as your veins are being flushed through the problems of lack of balance with Meunières, appear to vanish.

Cramps I hardly have had, can't remember them. But… my intestines sometimes can be unstable. And than it is important to be close to a toilet as the contents of your intestines can be quite thin. In that case you feel quite some pressure to get rid of it, but I don't call that cramps. Once having been to the toilet, this feeling is gone.
For me it appears impossible to predict when it happens, I always when I come out of bed try to carefully feel how my intestines are doing. It is not nice to get this feeling of urgency when I am riding my motorcycle 85

I'm on Fumaderm 120mg morning an 240 mg evening. So you have a way to go yet... Keep it up the signs are good for you .... You are tolerating the side effects which is the main reason people give up but the side effects will reduce but you aren't up to maximum does yet
Good luck
Jim

Jim,

With Psorinovo there is no defined max dose.
The limitations is in the stat of the lymphocytes and the side effect, if your body has little side effects you can keep on increasing the dose. K know people who are perfectly fine 8x 120mg, or even higher.

So you think Joane can keep increasing a lot more yet? As she's only on 150mg at the moment?
Obviously under medical supervision and monitoring

Yes, easily. As long as you increase slowly, so you can detect the moment of the change, assumed that it will work.

And a small increase in dosage as well as combining doses can have a large increase in efficacy. But you must be monitored.

Cheers,

Bill

Hello All,

Thank you for all the answers they are making me stronger. I am thinking obviously about raising the dosis in the future. I am trying to do no more than 30mg raise from now on... And checking blood results I have prescribed in next 2 weeks as the dosage at the beginning was very small (1x30mg, 2x30mg daily each week etc).
Next dose will be 120mg / 30mg / 30mg... then increase at the evening by 30mg...
I am feeling ok, I feel basically warmer, which is actually good as usually I had to heat up my room more than others comfortable level. I am not sure if its connected directly with the medicaments but it feels good that I am not cold Wink
What is concerning me that it is breaking on my face, which I have never had before, even the times I was over 85% covered, the face used to be pretty clean...

Hi Joane
It's a shame about the breakout on your face let's hope it clears soon
Yes I think you need to up the dose and soon it will become effective. I'm sure it will work for you as you are getting the right side effects
Your dose is still very low and when I dropped my dose to 2x120mg tablets my psoriasis started to come back
I've increased to 3x 120 mg and I'm clearing again now so don't be downhearted it should start to clear soon

Jim aren't you taking any Fumaderm during the day? Only 2 times a day morning and evening?
