I have that monthly hormone thing and have more flushes and itch . I'm also halfway of my live (I hope, 45 years) so maybe my hormones are going to change, any way. Today is a bad day , and not only for my hair    Confused

Hi Deena,
No I don't  have problems during my period.  Maybe because the psoriasis rate is very low with me, it is mainly PsA.  And I am a bit younger, that may also be different.
There are others, eg Brighteyes who do have a relation to their period, she wrote that in post RE: Back Into Hell.
Perhaps Kat can give her experience also.

Caroline

Afraid I can't help out much there either. Haven't had that problem in over 20 years, although I have had some hormone issues at times. Nothing that affected my psoriasis in any way. It would make sense though especially with flushes that they could be worse at times if you are getting flushes from the med as well as hormonal, a bit of a double flush thing.

Deena,

Another tip, got it from one of the forum helpers. Smile
This thread Psoriasis & hormone changes shows more on hormone problems and shows some other links. So certainly there are relations to hormones, but obviously not everyone has a problem with it like Kat and me.

Hi Deena,

I do have similar problems with my hormones. When I had a lot of patches I could see them much more before my period, it was clearly related to time of my menstrual period. Psoriasis used to get more active before my period. Period Wink

Hello everyone again!

I am non my 158th day with Psorinovo... Everything goes good so far. I think I will be trying decreasing my dosis a bit... for now Im still on 240mg / 240mg / 240mg... Plus sometimes I take 120 mg in the meantime if I really feel it itchy or something going on... However in general it has never happened to me to be clear for so long so I believe it is still working!

best wishes to all!

Ooooooh Joane.....that's great news I'm so pleased the psorinovo has Done it for you ......it's so good to hear of the success. I love the words "it has never happened to me to be clear for so long" it reminds me of the feeling of disbelief I had when I was first clear for a while on just tablets.
I do hope that it continues to work and I think it's a good idea to try to reduce as you have been on the pills for 5 months now....
Is it that long where has that time gone......
As it is working well for you ... There's no reason for the psoriasis to come back... I hope it will be kept at bay with a lower maintenance dose.
I look forward to reading of your continuing success in future updates shake

Good news Joana ! I like to hear that?
The itchy thing is still strange for me, but maybe others will recognize. I know of someone in the Netherlands who had major trouble with that while using Psorinovo.

See you around !

Itchiness is what I feel just before patches show up on my skin... Like a day before. So far I feel sometimes like its coming but with Psorinovo never eventually came out!

Jim yes! This disbelief is so strange and strong! I even dream that its coming out and I wake up and check my elbows in the morning! But all ok!

Brilliant it should give real long term relief I know we will always be aware that it could one day return so we must stay vigilant
Do keep updating even a few words so people will see the longer term effects. . this thread is very popular as many are interested in your treatment and continued success Thumb
