Ah, Caroline to make it clear - itchiness is not after taking Psorinovo, not one of side effects. This is how I feel psoriasis... Very very itchy, and itchiness before coming out also. Now I feel sometimes this type of itchiness I recognize, but patches are not coming out on skin (so far). I am always afraid and nervous but so far Psorinovo seem to stop them before! uf!

I tend to get red and itchy plaques if I do not take DMF, but it takes a few weeks. The higher dose I take seems to suppress the disease well.

Cheers,

Bill

I've just recently read that some patients' body "gets tired" with DMF (particularly with Fumaderm) and then it doesn't work anymore... Do you think its true? Anyone heard of this?

so far - 179th day - and 80 days of full happiness with Psorinovo that I still cannot believe, thank you everyone for this forum and being so active and supporting!!!

Yes, it can stop working, but from my own experience it is working as well as ever after over two years. I have been off the drug for a week and I have seen no change in my skin, although I suspect that I would start to get a bit red and itchy after a second week off the drug. The arthritis has worsened over the last couple of days so I will resume taking the drug today and take it every second day to gauge its effect. I am convinced in my case that the higher dosage I take is far more effective and well worth the extra bellyache.

Cheers,

Bill

Hello Joana,

Yes it is said that DMF can stop working. Still in the amount of people I know are using Psorinovo only a few have stopped using it, and mostly because they were too sensitive for the side effects. On the contrary I know a number of people who are already using it for years and years. I myself for instance am using it already for eight years, and luckily it is still working.

Personally I like that you are around with your good stories on Psorinovo.  Big Grin and as a person of course  Wink (which holds for Bill also of course Smile )

185th day
thank you all for kind answers (as always) and warm words (as always)!

so far so good, I have 1 little spot coming out on my elbow... we will see but I can tell this is it. Not very red, small 2x2mm...
Waiting for what will happen. I think I will treat it with Dermovate or Belogent tonight and maybe tomorrow to stop it and see what happens...

I am very glad so far (with 720mg) waiting for summer!

best!

J.

Hello Joana nice to see you again, and thank you for updating.

Have you tried Coconut Oil ? it may be all you need for a small patch on your elbow.

Is it really 185 days wow where has the time gone .... You have had an amazing journey and it has been a pleasure to follow your story and success with psorinovo... Long may it continue and thank you for being so open and helpful with your posts. I'm sure you will have a great summer this year. I know since I have been clear I can't wait for the summer to come. That will take care of any little eruptions
I must admit I keep a tube of dermovate to treat little spots that occur ..... I've had a 30g tube which is out of date by a year now so you shouldn't need much
Thanks again for your updates
