Thank you Caroline!

I have couple strange spots in totally random places (2) and 2 little 1x1mm that i feel on my elbows, a little bit in my hair as well but not many and invisible so I do not even bother with them. Absolutely right! I must check my blood.
I am afraid of infections just because most doctors here keep repeating it is related to have spots during or after infections (especially like teeth, sinuses etc). Funny thing but I am rather more towards your information than obsolete local...

Oh Jim it was on your request and experiment to get on lower dose Wink , however it is "funny" and mean that it comes out within 3 days and disappears in 3 months (on myself...) I hope summer will get here first! Before anymore happens.

Thanks a lot Caroline for stopping by! Smile

today is my 210th day, 3x240mg as well
took some solarium 10 mins yesterday to feel a bit of sun on my skin and I hope to make it better.

Overall feeling is incredible, happiness and clean body with "pimple" here or there does not bother me at all. (As long as theres not too many haha)

greets to all of you! Bigarm
J.

Hi J .... How are your random spots getting on. Are they fading yet?
I have been in the sun today getting my skin kissed by the sun and this evening I feel a nice glow
. I'm hoping it will rid me of the few little spots I can't shake off... Thank goodness summer is nearly here Thumb

hello!

Unfortunately I am having some small spots coming out. It is bothering me rather mentally... I hope no more than this would appear. I kill them with Dermovate and soon I hope with more sun!

Summer is what I am waiting for! Smile
Same dosis - 3x240mg

So you are taking 720 mg per day in three doses?

Cheers,

Yes, exactly, each with meal as this is what least affecting me with side effects.
During Summer I plan to take a little less for test.

Bit of stress perhaps?
I have also some tiny unseeable spots, and I am sure with me it is cause by the stress.

I found that I could get greater efficacy by combining doses. Initially I found two doses of 360 mg were more effective than three of 240 mg. Then I found a 600 mg dose taken every second day to be more effective still. Now I take 800 mg three times a week and find it the most effective dose thus far. Yes, the side effects are worse with the larger dosage, but for me this is more than offset by the decreased frequency and greater efficacy.

Cheers,

Bill

in my humble opinion...
What I am thinking now, that side effect with hot wave going through our bodies... I think it is more like going down from drug... Once we take higher doses we just never go down and we dont feel that hot waves going down anymore... What do you think?

Today in Poland seems like Summer is really kicking in! I can use skirts again, first time for 3 years! (I could when I was on biologicals for 1 year...)
I just wanted to share my happiness with all of you here that are really good supporters and big help.

It is my 268th day on Psorinovo!

Joana, I am sooooooo happy for you that the drug is doing its work. It took a long time, as usual, but it works. You might have a point there on the flushes, I never looked at it that way. What I observe is that if I forget a dose, than the chance of having a flush the next time I take the dose is larger. So it has to do with the change of concentration of DMF in your system.

Yes, over here also beautiful weather, so I am wearing skirts today also  Big Grin
Have a nice day and  Bigarm  from Holland.

Caroline

Great news Joana it the kind of news that starts my day with a big smile. How good it is to hear you are back in skirts for the summer. How liberating that must feel after years of being covered in the hot weather.
I look forward to hearing updates from you as the summer progresses
Here's to a flake free future cheers
