Have you anything else on the horizon that she can use Fred ?

I am just off to the hospital with Clare which by the time I get back will be a round trip of 180 miles and I have had to take the max dose of Tramadol this morning to cope.

No nothing, they have told me I can't go on to Simponi (the only other Bio available in France that I have not tried) because I had a reaction to Remicade and Humira.

Fumaderm is not available, so I'm stuffed.

I have some Tramadol but don't like using it as it's only masking the pain, and like Jim just said "you be careful driving whilst on Tramadol"  Spank

That's the only problem it masks the pain. Sat over in Leeds now nursing my grandson but will have to get off soon to get to the hospital for 1.30. I do not like to get up in a morning in fact 11ish is about right.

Fred, what type of reaction did you have with Humira? I gave up on the idea that Tramadol does anything for pain. In fact narcotics don't do much for my pain, but they do let me sleep. NSAIDs work better for pain.

Tramadol I must admit is not very good for pain but so many alternatives course me stomach problems.

Are you OK now Fred ?

I turned into a red lobster, my whole body went red felt damp and I was constantly shaking and cold. They kept me in hospital for week and sorted it our with a cocktail of pills and warm baths, I also had a similar reaction to Remicade.

Nope, no better Dave. But do agree Tramadol are better than the bad guts.

Sorry to hear that Fred, mind you it is a very low dose so maybe it will take a longer time to work .
It is very weird how we all react so differently to the same treatments , I had a terrible reaction to Cyclosporine and I was on business in Germany at the time though I should have had more sense than to start a new treatment under the circumstances ,I thought I was dying at one time and the thought of what happened still gives me nightmares.
