Hearty hello to you Starfrost. Wave

I know how you feel about trying to sleep.

I use Biona Organic Coconut Oil all over me but i find that that & any creams etc tend to make my bedding stick to me.

A daft question, do you have cotton bedding ?

I use 100% (Dorma) & not the poly cotton stuff.

Fire away with any questions you have Stardrost Thumb

As for your feet being cracked and sore, ask your GP to see if Salicylic Acid Ointment will be ok for you ?

I use it (thinly) & it works wonders & Biona Organic Coconut Oil to keep my feet soft & smooth.

Hi and welcome starfrost , I also have P and PsA not RA so it's difficult to comment but one of the things you do need is a good dermatologist who is an expert on P ,do not rely on you GP as most are not really good at P .
I have used MTX and found it quite good for the PsA but I am on a bio now which is mainly for the P. Coconut oil is really good for P but as I said and others have said a really good derm is what you need.
Have a good look around as there is a massive amount of info on the site and the inmates don't bite (well not all) just join in the fun as we all need a bit of relief now and again.
