Fantastic stuff. It is so much more educating to see rl experiences like yours. Thank you. A couple of discoloured patches? You must be devastated!

Looking great Ralph thank you for the update. I've made an edit to your images for you.  Wink

You're welcome to the support, and yes it would be nice if you had a moment to also answer some others. (No member is under any obligation to post however).

The odd post to those that have made an introduction would be nice if you ever get time. Introductions

Great results after only a relatively short time. Really good to see another success story unfolding.

Thank you everyone. Again, I am shocked as well as how fast my skin healed. I am worried about side effects (especially inflammatory bowel disease) but I will take my chances. Not having a massive itchy flare up when I am sleeping is a wonderful thing. My legs were definitely hit the hardest by PP , the skin where PP was is still thick and hard (if that makes sense)but it is slowly healing. I want to add the following as well for the hell of it.

1-) I take a quality multi-vitamin everyday including 2 different types of fish oil (Codd Liver oil being one of them)
2-) I made a deal with myself that I will only have ONE coffee per a day. Coffee and dairy definitely had a negative effect on my PP flare ups.
3-) stop with the candy and crappy food.

I am hoping the vitamins will help my with immune system on battling colds and infections.
It is amazing how PP plays with your head. I had a nightmare last night that I woke up and saw PP all over my toes! Confused

I would also like to say how incredibly impressive Novartis Pharmaceuticals is (makes of Cosentyx). They call me every week to see how I am doing and whats the latest. They sent me a traveling bag for the shots if I ever go on vacation and they also are paying for my $90.00 co-pays. So I have no out of pocket expenses, very impressive!

That's brilliant Ralph and modifying your diet can do no harm and may very well improve your overall health  Thumb

Are dreams/ nightmares a common side effect .....or are you a regular dreamer

I'm impressed that novataris are keeping in close contact with you and paying your co-pays  for you. You have certainly hit the jackpot  Big Grin

Interesting about the multi vitamin I may add that to my daily intake as being on MTX I seem to be picking up all sorts, currently trying to get over a chest infection which is lingering. I also drink far too much coffee. I might try that myself after all it can't do any harm.

I would be careful with the vitamin- it might mask deficiencies normally picked up with blood work with MTX.
