welcome to the club -
I use Alphosyl 2-in-1 Shampoo and find it very effective - can be bought at the Chemist but also available on prescription .
Dobovet now comes a s a Gel - I used it for some time on my Palmar Plantar Psoriasis but it was not too effective on me.
For around your eyes - be careful as it's a very sensitive area - try Zero Base moisturiser, which can also be used as a soap alternative or Pure Coconut Oil
