Hello all.

1st Tremfya shot was about 3 weeks ago. Zero side effects. I really feel like my spots have slowly been getting a little lighter and my scalp is a little better...this is all very promising, especially only being on the medicine 3 weeks..... I will get my second shot next week and then it will be every 2 months after that.

Insurance did NOT approve this medication. However the good people over at Janssen have a "Link Program" And I was eligible to get this medication for the entire year for free. I assume at the end of the year we will have to try again with insurance. But I'm not going to worry about that now.

Very good to read that is seems to start working. And no side effects, great !

Thread Tremfya gets FDA approval for psoriasis treatment , gives us in Europe also the opportunity to start with it soon.

That's good to hear that it seems to be working already ...and no side effects ..let's hope it keeps getting better

I think it's a clever ploy of Jannsen and a few others to get their products accepted as effective ....so at the end of the free year the insurance will find it difficult to think of a reason not to fund it..or to put you on something that doesn't work ...
Thanks for the update  Thumb
