I remember that for me, it seemed to take forever to see a difference with Acitretin. But then, once I noticed improvement, I improved quickly! I want to say it took about 3 months for me before it seemed to start working.

Hi Will
I had a love hate relationship with Acitretin. It took forever to work  and if there was a side effect listed I had it. I had to give it up due to raised liver ALT levels. Not through the roof but high enough to cause concern. With your history I would keep a very close eye on your liver bloodworms. Ask for the figures when you get it done then you can monitor as well. They were a bit slow telling me to stop.
Good luck with it anyway  Thumb
