Hey!  Bill!  Welcome!  I see you are from the Oregon coast.  I'm just up here in northern Washington.  Do you use the pumice stone on the thickest patches or on all the places that are red? 

I think shaving my legs may have a similar affect as using a pumice stone.  It seems to smooth the roughest patches.  But it also stings, so I've limited how often I use the razor.  Thanks for sharing the pumice stone tip.

Thank you for your response regarding the pumice stone.  I use the stone on any affected areas and particularly the areas that itch.  Ive tried various stones since they seem to vary in coarseness.  this method works for me and probably is not doctor approved.
