I haven't voted as I can't decide.

For me it's scalp but then that's always where it's been the worst for me. I've had it on my face as well, but although it certainly didn't add to my looks any, it didn't bother me as much (with itching/scaling) so I didn't find it as annoying. I agree with Turnedlight that if I were a teenager, I might feel differently about that.

Also haven't had it on my feet nor do I have psoriatic arthritis, but I can see where that can be limiting of movement which is NEVER good.

So "personally" it's been my scalp and yet, I'm not sure I'd say that it is the worst part of the body to get psoriasis since I haven't experienced it in other places enough to judge. I have it in other places, even some personal areas that definitely itch at times but have never been as itchy and annoying as my scalp.

Ok, I've convinced myself... going to go vote scalp. Tongue

No choice but to vote legs. It's the only place I've ever had it. But the is a small pink shadow in an unmentionable place I really hope doesn't decide to go mad. That could be really really uncomfortable.

That is a tough one, Fred. Hands and feet can obviously have a big impact, but as my hands and feet have never been badly covered I cannot speak from experience. So scalp wins my vote. I could never clear the flakes from my hair and a very hard place to put anything on. Very messy and annoying!

I wonder if one of the reasons I have never had scalp psoriasis is that I have resembled a billiard ball since I was about 21

I voted for stomach/ chest. Cause for me the itching on those places is more terrible than anywhere else. I have psoriasis literally from head to toe, face is not nice, but it usually responds very well to hydrocortison and when having a flare its the first one to go.
