Wow loving the welcomes, thank you so much. You all sound like a fun group supporting each other and being part of it has a great feeling. Regardless of our condition it is important to know there is some where to go when in need to share our feelings with others who know exactly what we are going through. Thank you.

The links you have given me are a huge help and really interesting. I have googled such a lot but all the info is pretty general. Yet the info already received from you is more personal, thank you.

The beauty of this forum is that you’ll never be asked to donate, you should never see spam or heaven forbid an advertisement ... this is the only truly independent Psoriasis forum funded entirely by Fred, with the sole purpose of helping fellow sufferers
I’m glad you are enjoying the forum. If you fancy venturing into the off topic section [Group Specific] you will see there’s a lot to take your mind off Psoriasis

Welcome to the club!

I don't know if it's available where you are as I'm in the states but I really like Tom's of Maine deodorant. No chemicals and uses natural ingredients. Also, it works well Smile

Hi nice to meet you!

I have had problems with deodorants in the past, though some of the sensitive varieties are fine. While your psoriasis is bad there I’d suggest not using anything, and giving them a quick wipe halfway through the day - if water makes them sore, just use a moisturising cream you can get on with instead.

I know that bicarb works very well as a ‘natural’ deodorant but it makes me itch after a while.

I had thought of getting some personal wipes, is that something you have tried?
