Have you ever had a biopsy done ? That would definitely give you and your doctors an answer. It is not painful and they only need a tiny bit to find out, so maybe ask for a biopsy and get an answer.

That sounds a sensible idea and then if it's not psoriasis they can start you on a medication for whatever you might be suffering with and if it is psoriasis carry on with another bio until they find one that does work

This is true - all the physicians have just physically looked at the lesions and stated, "yep, that's Psoriasis". A biopsy would be a good next step...
