I've been on Skilarence for six weeks now and just got the result of my blood test from the first of August so thought I should give an update

Last two lymphocyte results before switching to skilarence
6th June lymphocytes 1.11 (normal between 1 and 3) on Fumaderm
4th July lymphocytes 1.08. On Fumaderm
Started skilarence 16 July
1st August lymphocytes 0.96 on Skilarence

So not much change but will wait and see if my doctor phones to tell me today's results if they are same of higher I will continue on 5 tablets a day, if however they have dropped lower I might consider reducing the dose to try to bring them into the normal range

Skin still clear on body and arms, scalp hasa couple of spots that have been there for months and don't do anything but not worrying to me ( just a reminder to take the tablets Big Grin )

Psoriatic arthritis is not bad just a bit of discomfort in my shoulders if I lay to long on one side but pain free all day

Well done, Jim. Anything between 0.9 and 1.1 is good.

Cheers

I think that the dmf drugs are a brilliant way to control the disease without having to inject biological drugs
I'm glad my experience gives you hope and I'm sure you will enjoy great results as well

Yes and the explanation is easy.
Biologicals block, IL-23, IL-12, IL-17, etc... this total block helps against Psoriasis.
DMF moderates IL-23, IL-12, IL-17, to a lower level, thus having the same result.
