Note for reference: 23 March 21 woke up with pain in one ankle, collarbone and sternum, it's not so bad now but ankle has made it difficult today and the sternum hurts when I move my chest.

I'm making this note as I seem to remember having this before a psoriatic flare up.

Well I do hope that you are not having a
psoriatic flare up Fred.
All the rest of the problems seem normal for me , I usually have a range like that.
If Tremfya take it away to that extent them maybe I should be looking at it.

I hope it’s not a flare up too. Perhaps it’ll settle down again soon..

Thank you both, I'm not too bothered about it as I think it has happened like this before.

I must make more notes like this for future reference. Confused

Oh and now it's Merlot time, it's easing off. Red Wine

Making good notes is very valuable.

But I don’t have a clue what an ankle, collarbone and sternum have in common so that it is related to psoriasis or psa

I have had this conversation with my dermatologist and she said much the same, and that is why I am keeping these notes. But those parts feel like psoriatic arthritis to me and they will pass, but it's now in my fingers and toes too.

Does your collarbone stick out and move forward and up with the PsA.

Don't know, I have too much meat around it. But I do find my shoulders tightening up, if that's what you mean.

Oi, that is going fast. Did that happen today?
I know that feeling in fingers and toes.
