No Stelara is a mix of IL12 and IL23 Dave.
It's worth trying one that targets the same as stelara as they may well target to inhibit those ILs in a different way

There isn't one that targets both 12 and 23.

Tremfya which I'm on now targets IL23

Sorry Fred yes IL12 but I am sure that I read that the combination of IL12&23 had an effect on IL 17.

Could be Dave, but I can't go back to Stelara even if I wanted too.

For reference 12 Sep 21: Psoriatic arthritis score has gone up from 1 to 9 in a week. Also been feeling very tired and ankle is swollen up again.

Your numbers are fluctuating wildly Fred no apparent reason . Hopefully the dermatologist may have some suggestions to get things stable again, won't be long now to find out

Yes Jim it's getting a bit annoying. A few weeks ago I felt great and took my next shot, now I wish I hadn't.

Appointment Monday week so yes not long to go.

It looks like something to do with the covid third vaccine shot , I will be very interested in what they say about that as we may be getting ours soon and I am wondering whether to take it.

I don't think it's the covid jab this time Dave as I had my third one 8 weeks ago now and the psoriatic arthritis had almost gone 3 weeks ago.

That's encouraging, I don't know whether to take the third shot when it's offered Fred.

Only you can decide that Dave. I can have a fourth shot now if I want, but I'm waiting till I see my dermatologist first to get her view on it.

That is frustrating. Is it an allergic reaction? The stuff works then it doesn't? "Better the devil you know." they say, but I would be looking for another devil.
