You may just be a genuine person looking after your privacy but using something to stop us checking you out is like letting you walk in to our club without knowing anything about you. All genuine people are very welcome here, but you have to let us check you out if not you could be here to spam or scam our members.

Should your account get deleted you can always contact us to discuss it, but our members are important and they come first. Join properly with a genuine email and a traceable IP and you will get accepted, don't and you risk your account getting deleted.

Don't like this policy ? ....................................... Then go elsewhere as our members like it that way.

How can you see that someone is using a VPN?

I regularly use one. E.g. when I am on a free network for instance in the train or at the library. I then connect to my personal VPN that ends up in my house and from there on goes back onto the internet in a safe manner.

Stupid question:

I use VPN for work.  I usually disconnect from VPN if I need to long on to the forum from my work computer.  What will happen if I don't?

Not a stupid question KatT.

Nothing will happen, you will still be able to use the forum with your VPN.

Anyone can use a VPN to access Psoriasis Club it is only new registrations that are checked.

Noooo!  I usually try to log off VPN as we are not supposed to use the work laptop for personal reason .....

I hop on it to do longer posts, music quiz etc....easier than my tablet
