I'm pleased it's possible to increase the dose rather than have to move on again. Does it have to be either 8 or 4 weeks can they do in-between  like 5 or 6 weekly ?

But whatever the dose long may it keep working for you  Thumb

Thank you Jim. My understanding is if the 8 weeks is failing and you are 100kg they will try 4 weeks, however that may depend on the funding as it's €1685 a pop  Confused

Not long till May (my next appointment) and I still have one more loading dose to go, so we'll see how it goes then.

Update: I'm now fully loaded, I took the last two shots today and will now move on to the maintenance dose 2 shots every 8 weeks.

This past week hasn't been so good, but it has been very damp so at the moment I'm not going to say the Bimzelx is failing. The bit of psoriatic arthritis I am getting is unfortunately in my left wrist and knuckles which is the hand I use the most, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was before I started Bimzelx.

Psoriasis score: 1 it's working very well on that.

Psoriatic arthritis score: Up from 1 to 2 but it's still liveable.

Dermatology appointment in 4 weeks Monday so it will be halfway through the 8 weeks and interesting to see how it goes.

No side effects to report.

All in all I'm very happy.

Here's hoping for a long string of nice, warm and dry weather days for you, that the arthritis subsides.

Glad to see it's still working for you. The real test is always when you start the loading dose. I hope your weather is not as horrible as my mine... It was 29 here yesterday, but supposed to be 0 with snow tomorrow. Confused

Thank you Mata yes it will be interesting see where it goes from here, but so far I would say it's been the best one ever for controlling the psoriatic arthritis and it worked so fast too.

Had to check your temperature as you have funny measurements, 29 to me would be hot. Big Grin

Hope the arthritis score is indeed because of the damp weather. As far as I can see the better weather is approaching.
