Do you have a blood pressure monitor at home?  In your locked copy of your journal you described an uncomfortable, brief, light-headedness.  I think a low blood pressure could cause this sensation.  I hope that moving is easy for you today and that your P & PsA is quiet.

Hello FW no I don't have one but they did check it when I was last up there and they said everything was fine. Yes it's kicking in again and feeling a lot better. Thumb

Just catching up here Fred after my absence and was sorry to read of the arthritic pain locking your arm and hand up (as you said not good when it's the hand you use most ), but I'm pleased to read that the last shot has kicked in and you're feeling much better
could going to 7 weeks between shots make a difference

Hello Jim good to see you around again. Smile

7 weeks could be possible, but we're trying to stick to the recommendations and give it some more time. That way we can keep dosing options open for later if needed.

Things have picked up a lot this past few weeks and only just under 3 more to go for my next dose, so it looks like it's doing it's job.

I'll update this thread more then. Thumb

Glad to see that you're getting some relief, especially with the arthritis. I think the IL 17s are better for arthritis. I know the IL-23s typically do well with PSA in trials, but don't think they translate well in the real world.
