Update: This will be interesting, early in the year I asked the pharmacie if she could get the one shot 320mg and this week she had finally managed to get it. I explained that I had switched to one shot 160mg every 4 weeks and she said she could change it, but I thought i would give it a try to see if it made a difference.

So today I took one shot 320mg it didn't hurt but it seemed to take for ever to get it in, here is a picture and it's huge. 





I think I will go back to one 160mg every 4 weeks as it did work better for the psoriatic arthritis, but I'll see in 8 weeks time.

Psoriasis score: Zero

Psoriatic arthritis score: Still 1

No side effects.

Weren't you taking one shot every four weeks for a while?  (You used to take two shots every eight weeks but found having one every four weeks worked better for you, right?)

So now this will return to one dose each eight weeks?  It does look like a bigger than usual syringe.    I think I'd rather inject one that big than two smaller amounts.
