No I've eased up. It's the damp Dave. The weather has gone all grey again and we are getting a lot of drizzle.

Yes the damp is not good for it, we have had it very wet and damp this year and living so close to the sea we have had really cold north winds which has made it much worse. I must say that I don't need to do much at all before I have problems, I did some work the other day in a cupboard changing the shelves around and next day I could hardly move and even now 4 days later I am still having problems.
