If you are a big person like me Jim you get 90mg and if you are not so big you get 45mg so you do get a double dose to compensate for the extra weight of all the muscle that you carry.

If you are a big  person like me Jim you get 90mg and if you are not so big you get 45mg so you do get a double dose to compensate for the extra weight of all the muscle that you carry.

But Dave if you are were larger and 90mg doesn't work can they increase on that dose ?

No it's 45mg up to 100Kg and 90mg over that weight. You can play with the time frame, but it's not recommended to go down much lower then 10 weeks between shots.

I'm 92Kg and after playing with 45mg down to 8 weeks, the 90mg on the recommended 12 weeks worked best, but I've been on it a long time now and I could really come down to 10 weeks. But I'm not keen to play to far with the 90mg as I'm below the step up anyway.

So it's 45mg or 90mg that you can play with, there is no other doses.

Here in the states the pay per shot. So insurance companies do like more medication. Supposedly, cosentyx will have 150, 300, and 450 eventually.

My Stelara has been 1 shot 90mg for a long time now, it used to be two at 45mg.

Re Cosentyx I think there will be an upper limit like Stelara, but you may be able to try 3 weeks between shots. ?

In regards to Stelara, RA has been known to subscribe it every two months. I am guessing that is the limit. Consentyx just a wired dosing - after the loading it's 300 per month for psoriasis OR 150 per month for arthritis.
