It makes no difference on it's effectiveness where you inject. You could inject in your upper arm or even you bum if you prefer, but I have found the belly wins hands down and I have plenty of belly.

I agree with Fred the belly is best !!! I have always injected there , the MTX for many years and now the Stelara for over 5 years.
