I have heard from others that getting it young has helped them cope with it easier than those that get it as an adult. And you are right when you say about age, I found as I got older and accepted it was here to stay showing it and talking about it gets easier.

EDIT: I see you use Diet. Help yourself to the Gingerbread people "Ginger is a good anti-inflammatory" but they will soon all be gobbled up, so get in quick.
