I'll have a read through some of the research papers on the different biologicals and put together an "effects on the immune system and biochemistry" article and attempt to explain the side effects and pathways altered by the different drugs...

That would be a good project Krissie, I would like to understand more about what is going on with my body and the Bio's. The thing is with Methotrexate I could feel what it was doing to me, but with the Bio's I'm never really sure what is going on inside as you don't tend to feel any thing. If that makes sense.

With your knowledge and understanding it would certainly make a good thread.

It'll take time Fred, I'll get working on it in my run free evenings.... Will hopefully keep my mind off of the evil tobacco (am quitting after today and moving onto e-cigs) in the evenings when I am at home alone.

My Immunology is a little rusty, but the basic principles of pathways never really change, just our understanding of them. Still have my uni notes and textbooks so can refer to them for a refresher.

Good luck with the quit, I went for the straight quit without anything and been about 3 years now. Get yourself plenty of Cranberry juice, I don't like it much but it helps with the detox.
