Stelara was the fastest for me both first time used it (6 years ago) and then last year (2017).
After having the 2nd (loading) dose I noticed a change in colour of the Psoriasis.
Stelara cleared my skin 99% - I was left with what the Dermatologist called "staining" on my knees and elbows.
Hope this helps.  Thumb

I am going to answer my own thread in case someone is searching for information.

Stelara cleared me in about 7 weeks. A few weeks after the second injections.

The third generation bio's (such as Taltz and Cosentyx) are for a lot of people way quicker (one or two weeks in some cases) but since Stelara is a few years around longer, they know a bit more about it and therefore has a better safety profile, although I expect that in a few years Taltz and Cosentyx will be seen as safe as Stelara, when there is more "real life" data.

Yes I fully agree with everything that you have said , I was a week or so behind you getting the clearance but I was quite bad . I was on U Tube the other day and it would appear that there are some more bio's very much in the advanced stages of development.

I have tried several

1) Humira - Didn't work for arthritis but helped a little bit with the psoriasis.

2) Embrel - worked ok but I had a terrible reaction when in the sun.    Little red dots all over my body that itched like crazy.

3)Cosentyx - worked great at the beginning, then psoriasis came back after about 6 months of use.  Helped with the arthritis though.

4) Tremfya - I have been on it since January and has worked great so far.   Psoriasis is almost completely gone and other then some pain in fingers and toes the psoriatic arthritis is way better.
