I cannot help you, Arsenal fan. I started with 3*240mg DMF powder daily. Unpleasant side effects not helped by having little idea of how to minimise them. No flushing at this dose, but effective against the disease from the start. I hope your Fumaderm starts working. A lot of mucking around for you with no benefit thus far.

Cheers

Yes.. But it can take its time. With me it didn’t start working until the 6 x 120 dose.

Got my next set of pills today. 3 months supply.  It's been changed to Skilarence though. I assume it isn't a problem to just carry on with my dose as if it was fumaderm because they're the same thing, minus a few unecesarry ingredients taken out, right?

Yes, it only contains DMF, plus some additions to make the pill. It lacks the MEF, that is in Fumaderm, but which is useless.
I has, just like Fumaderm, a stomach resistant coating.
Maybe it is a little more expensive, but that is a case for the insurance.

Been on maximum dose for a couple days now and I'm astonished to say I've reached it without any side effects at all. I certainly did not expect that. Still no improvement to my skin as of yet but I remain hopeful that I'll see change soon. Smile

I'm amazed as well I suffered quite badly with flushes and cramps .... you must have a strong constitution

I hope it starts to work it's magic soon for you as you are now on maximum dose
