How do I treat, get rid or take care of my skin disease that I don't know? I think it's cracked skin.
I have a cracked skin and some part of it are like I couldn't explain it properly but it's like the skin was peeled off or scraped off, it's like the skin cover is gone, which is located between my two eyes and upper on the nose, what should I do? How do I get rid/heal/cure or treat it? I'm currently using cetaphil gentle cleanser and nivia soft moisturizer

This is what it looks like before using the products

Some of my skin is gone, i don't know what it's called. It's like the upper cover/layer of my skin that was scraped/peeled off

Hi Odin and  Welcome to the club here you will meet other friendly  sufferers who are happy to share their experiences of what works for them
Can I ask if you have seen a dermatologist for a diagnosis, as although it looks like Psoriasis it’s possibly something else. Also how long have you had this and do you have it anywhere else on your body ?

Whatever it is you could try coconut oil which is a great moisturiser and could calm it a bit, but you really should get it checked by a dermatologist who can prescribe creams to help with it, and could clear it . However if it is Psoriasis there is no cure it’s something you have to learn to manage, which with the right treatment should be possible

Hi Odin. You need to get a diagnosis. If it were psoriasis I would be using a tar based emollient and an occlusive dressing. If it is psoriasis, then what an awkward place to develop an outbreak. Hope you get rid of it, but managing psoriasis for life is the norm.

Welcome

Hello Odin  Welcome to Psoriasis Club.

First off there is no cure for psoriasis, it's all about management.

Second like Jim said you need to get a proper diagnoses as although it does look like psoriasis, it may not be and you could end up making it worse whatever it is by self treating.

Yes try a good virgin coconut oil for now, but you must get a proper diagnoses.

Regards.

Fred.

That doesn't look so much like psoriasis now, but it's difficult to tell from a photo.

Like I said you must get a diagnoses or you could make things worse.

Hi welcome to the club , I think that it's very important to see a dermatologist to find out exactly what it is then you will know how to control it though in the meantime a good moisturiser is the only way I would go at the moment.
