Hi Marco and a warm but late welcome  to our club.
10 years is a good length of time to have been on Acitretin. I was on it for around 2 years before my liver started to complain. Just ditched methotrexate after 6 months when the vertigo got too much. So I am going to be watching your journey with interest as Skilarence is my next drug of choice.

Update

Second week completed. Tomorrow starts the third week of treatment with 3 x 30 mg tablets.
No side effects.
No itch and the colour of the spots look clearer.
It's not a real improvement but I trust that it will get better and better....
Early to give a judgment.
Fingers crossed Smile

Great to hear Marco let's hope you manage clearance without side effects
It is a slow to work drug but well worth it when it works .
My switch to skilarence has gone smoothly and haven't noticed psoriasis anywhere

No side effects is a good start as it's usually one that comes out first.

Keep up the updates, and here's to continued positive ones. 78

Nice avatar by the way Marco. Thumb

So far so good, Marco. The slow buildup of dosage is sensible. I hope it kicks in for you soon.

Cheers

Its heartening to hear things are going well for you.
With both yourself  and Jim not having any issues has convinced me more it is my next drug of choice  Thumb

Saturday and sunday i was at the sea.
Big sun but i've used an high protection sunscreen factor 50.
I think that skin is more sensitive during the treatment with skilarence.
I'm ok but i only say : Take care of yourself if you are going to sunbathe !
About me.... noticeable improvements on the elbows Clap

Let's go on !!!

Stay tuned.

Brilliant news that things are happening  Thumb hopefully skilarence is the one for giving you long term clearance,
good idea if you are likely to burn to use sunblock
Here's looking forward to your next update and more clearance  Thumb
