Good advice Marco, I think a lot of people are tempted to go sunbathing to help the psoriasis but they could forget to use a good sun cream.

Hello again ,

I have finished the first box of pills 30 mg.
This evening i will start with 1 x 120 mg.
For luck i don't see new spots on my body.
On the elbows i have seen an improvement. In the lower part of the legs there's  not a real improvement.
I know.... this drug needs time to work deeply.

Let's hope my friends Smile

For now it is looking very good Marco, indeed don’t expect too much too fast. Keep tight to the little signs. It is a drug that needs patience. Give it time to work. You have the advantage of minor side-effects. Though I should expect that you would get some flushes

Hi Marco,

I have followed the progress of a number of people taking dimethyl fumarate, and even at this early stage your story sounds promising. My fingers are crossed for you.

Cheers

Oh, that is interesting yes. That should give some changes, depending on how it was in earlier times. Big Grin

For me hardly anything but for the lympho’s changes.

No alcohol? eek
Doctors prescription ?
When using DMF you can have alcohol.

Good luck with the with the blood test it will be interesting to see the values you get
Myself and Bill put our blood results on our threads so we have something to look back on in the future and also to see if there's a trend either up or down

I enjoy a pint of beer and find it doesn't affect the efficacy or affect the psoriasis

Blood Results :

Lymphocytes     2,0    ( doctor says that is a good result )
Triglycerides    165     ( last month i had 309 ) !!! In 1 month great improvement without that sh.. of neotigason

No bad colesterol , glycemia 80 , creatinine/kidneys 0,85.   Good results.

Liver :  alt 63 ( last month 83 ) , ast 34 ( last month 45 ).  Improvement

My main problem was an high level of Ferritin. After 1 month the level gone down of 15%.   This is a good news.

1 month is a short time to see a real change but i'm happy Big Grin

Stay tuned Smile

That is an extremely Good reading of the lymphocytes.. !!

Mine is: 1.2

While using DMF no effects on liver or kidneys are to be expected, but as you have had other medications that did, it makes sense to keep them checked.
