Yes I can now get on, took all the new wallpaper off yesterday (long story but it's for the best) managed to get my arms up with the drill and fix the last mosquito shutter in today.  Thumb

To be honest Jim I don't know if it's still failing or not, but we have to grab the good times whilst they are here mate.  shake

Indeed we do have to grab the good days, there's no knowing what's round the next corner... Enjoy good or better health while you have it
I hope it's not failing

I'm sorry that your appt. went on a wild turn .  I see my derm first and then my Rheumy they are in the same office.

They help coordinate my treatments wih blood tests and X-rays and judge my pain levels. I can't take pain meds allergic to all opiates and most any thing . So they send me to water therapy for PSA. It really helps.

I have had this disease for years. It's been brought to the big Pham attention the past few years . I keep hoping something will help.  I have tried stelera had bad reaction...and it did not help my skin but helped the PSA. I was taking Apremilast which did nothing but make me sick! There's always a trade off with this disease. Most of my med experience Reminds me of a song..." One pill will make you happy another will take you down and the ones your mother gives you don't do anything at all, White Scarlett ".... By Jefferson Airplane.

Right now I itch so bad I wish I was a chemeleon and could shed my skin and have brand new skin no scars and no itching...I've tried everything... Just will go back on steroids start at 15 first the first day,  2nd day 14 the next etc.titrate down to one in two weeks time.Usually this really helps but not a healthy alternative. I'm desperate. Magnesium spray helps but cannot use too much. Also back to Psoriasin with coal tar & occlusion. And shingles breakout is at the same time on my back. Taking meds for that too! I need trade myself in for a new model with fresh new leather seats and paint job. I'll hop in my corvette and race with the wind... It's a great distraction.

A good spray of lidocaine is a temp fix. I will also try chrysanthemum medication for scabies which really helps with itching. And no I don't have scabies but it is a herb made from chrysanthemums and it works stops the itching prescription only. Safer than steroids. It's a toss up. Anyone have any ideas?

Thankx... Sorry this got a bit to messy again!  Whistle

Me and my big mouth, psoriatic arthritis up to 11 this morning.

Mostly fingers and toes, but also a bit in the shoulders.

Excuse me while I swear.

It's dryer today and the sun is trying to come back out though we are due more rain during the week, the air pressure is due to drop in the next few days so that may be interesting to see if it changes anything. (1020 at the moment)

I'm thinking Merlot O'Clock may come a bit earlier today. Wink

Maybe you overdid it, Fred? It is very tempting when the pain subsides. Very good to hear that your plaques are subsiding so quickly. Hope the Stelara keeps delivering for you.

Cheers,

Bill
