Week 8 still going good. Psoriasis almost nothing now, and psoriatic arthritis is still holding about where it was. Knuckles and toes still the worst, but not enough to stop me getting about a lot better and doing stuff which is nice. Got the living room finished now, so rest time before tackling the Kitchen.

Psoriasis Score down from 2 to 1.

Psoriatic arthritis score down from 5 to 3.

All in all about the best I've been this year, but I wont tempt fate so I'll just go to the corner for a little boogie before anyone sees me.  87

Great news Fred nice to see your scores coming down and you feeling more like tackling jobs around the house that the PsA had stopped you doing .
shhh I won't tempt fate either for you but quietly hope for continued success Thumb

Great stuff, Fred. The cysteine is working well for me Tastes pretty horrid, but it's a cinch compared to taking DMF.

Keep up your amazing recovery.

Cheers,

Bill

I was fortunate to try cysteine when my psoriasis was almost eliminated with DMF. Although I take it on its own, the study I read suggested using it adjunctively. I am nearly clear. A recent blood count gave a result of ~8 and 1.2. I may have had influenza recently: This can drop the lymphocyte count. Much better now, but still a bit tired.

Cheers,

Bill

Hey I've been shaky all my life,  Big Grin but yes I manage to keep going (maybe slow but the important bit's work) Wink

Thank you for the  Bigarm but it won't fit in my jar with those big arms.  Confused
